The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the various attractions and how to get there. It was nice being a little distance from the city centre and we found some very good restaurants.

The hotel is clean and modern.
Too little of public transport nearby, although not far from the tram stop, but only two trams go.. so if you have time and like walking in the centre it is a good place for you.

Location is not far from the city center by tram, staff are helpful and professional, clean room, free internet, nice TV channels
Rate I think is too high for a 3 stars hotel, rooms are too tidy

Good price for Amsterdam, good location and nice view from the room, decent breakfast.
Noisy from traffic, smell of marijuana coming from other rooms, loud guests and no ironing boards available.

Request a room above the breakfast area for quieter mornings, as lower floors may be noisy from early breakfast activity.

Friendly stuff. Good location (6 minutes from metro, 1 minute from tram or 25 minute walk from Dam square). Very clean room and bathroom. Decent breakfast (not with so many choices but ok nevertheless). In total it was value for money and I would stay there again.
Safety box was not working, but the receptionist offered to change my room. In the new room however TV wan not working!!! There was no iron in the room, even though there was mentioned one in the room description. Very thin walls. Fire alarm went on two night in a row because someone decided to smoke in his room.

Three night stay for myself and adult daughter. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel about 15 minutes from Amsterdam Railway Station but No. 4 & 25 trams stop less than 1 minute walk away. Also on canal with Hop on Hop Off Canal boat stop nearby. Rooms clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities in room.

The room was very small and the furniture a little shabby.
